Lucas Arts Has Big News For Comic-Con

Lucas Arts apparently has some big world announcement for those attending the Comin-Con. Here is a quote from an email they sent out.
"There will be several world exclusive announcements at the Star Wars Spectacular keynote on Friday from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM in Hall H. Editors, be sure to mark your calendars and be in attendance!"

Hopefully something big for Wii users!

DiRT 2 Gets A Release Date

DiRT 2 is set to release September 8th for US customers and September 11th for UKers. This game looks to build off the success of the first one and should shine on the Wii with it’s unique gameplay.

Wii Sports Resort Is Coming Soon

Wii Sports Resort features 12 brand new mini games and also debuts as the first first party Wii Motion Plus game. You can canoe, wakeboard, and even have sword battles. This game will keep you entertained for hours on end.

If you do not buy Wii Motion Plus for this game then it is pretty much worthless for you. I mean you can still have fun but why not take it to the next level. Wii Motion Plus brings 1:1 motion which means you can have REAL sword fights now. This game will be the real deal for 1:1 motion and should be amazing fun.

Look for it to drop July 26th for the Nintendo Wii.

Every Monday I scramble around to find some spare wii points I might have around the house. Those new games just look so good and I cannot resist! The problem is...wii points are very expensive. They add up if you are purchasing them every week like me. My question is, should wii points be free?

Nintendo should take an enormous step forward and provide free DLC for all wii users. No longer would we need those pesky wii points and we could get all our old games for free. This is just my opinion on the issue and I think Nintendo should listen!
